We are delighted to share our significant achievements at Onome Child, which include the:

• Establishment of Read-Write Clinics: We take pride in having successfully launched and operated our Read-Write Clinics. These clinics have become invaluable platforms for improving literacy skills and fostering a love for learning among children with learning differences.

• Increased School Interest: Our efforts have not gone unnoticed, as an increasing number of schools have expressed keen interest in our programs and initiatives. This heightened interest highlights the relevance and impact of our work in the education sector, inspiring us to expand our reach and continue making a positive difference in the lives of more children.

• One of our proudest achievements at Onome Child is witnessing the remarkable progress of children as they gain the ability to read. Through our dedicated efforts and the unwavering support of our volunteers and partners, we have empowered these children to unlock the world of literacy, opening doors to knowledge and opportunities they may not have previously imagined. This achievement underscores our commitment to fostering educational growth and empowering children to reach their full potential.

• Successful mentoring of students, guiding them through their educational journey up to the tertiary level. Through our dedicated mentorship programs and unwavering commitment, we have had the privilege of supporting students as they progress through their academic pursuits, ultimately reaching the tertiary level.

This achievement signifies our dedication to nurturing and empowering the younger generation, ensuring they have access to the guidance and support needed to realize their educational dreams. It is a testament to our mission to create a generation of confident and capable individuals who contribute positively to the growth and development of their communities and beyond.

• Consistent success in organizing in-service training programs for educators and volunteers. These programs have proven to be highly effective in equipping teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills to better support students with learning differences.

Our ability to continually execute successful in-service training initiatives underscores our commitment to enhancing the quality of education and promoting inclusive learning environments. We are proud to contribute to the professional growth of educators, which, in turn, positively impacts the educational experiences and outcomes of children with diverse learning needs.

• As part of our achievements, a successful donation of  educational materials and items was done to a highly deprived school at the Okpoi Gonno community in  Accra Ghana. This achievement highlights our commitment to education and supporting underprivileged communities. By providing essential materials, we empower students and promote equal learning opportunities, ensuring every child has the resources needed for a brighter future.
